This past Saturday was the Kentucky Derby, Cinco De Mayo, Fest For All, Tour of Homes and most importantly, Denny's Birthday. The three of us spent a great day together. We went and had breakfast, hung out at Fest for All, toured some homes we wanted to see and then went to a Kentucky Derby/Cinco De Mayo party at some friends house.
Beautiful weather + Being together = A perfect day!
Emerson always loves going into the Old State Capital and insists on doing so every time we are downtown. I am not sure if it her age or the fact that she can read now, but she really takes her time and looks at everything and reads the exhibits. She noticed the beautiful features that make the Capital. I thought this was a pretty cool pic!
