Another lesson

Emerson is always wanting to help with the goings on in the kitchen. Most of the time the cookies baking for someone, so she is not able to help, but I have been letting her start helping when we are making things for friends or family.
This day she wanted to make Easter cookies and requested to be able to do it all by herself. So, I threw all caution to the wind and lived a few hours very dangerously and let her do it. She rolled out the dough and she cut the cookies. And did a great job I might add. I guess she has seen it done so many times she picked up something along the way.
