Monday was the Kindergarten Field Trip to a Strawberry Farm in Holden. This first picture of Em and her buddy Siya was taken by Em's teacher, on the bus, on the way there. Yes, we had a very busy weekend, but she went to bed at 6pm the night before and slept for 12 hours. You would think she had caught up.
The berries are beautiful this year and so sweet. I have no idea how many we all ate, but Emerson got a bucket full.
Needless to say, we ate Strawberries for dinner Monday night.
Emerson's class just wrapped a unit on the rain forest. It was Emerson turn Wednesday night to take home the Safari Sleepover bag. In the bag there were items found in the rain forest, as well as 5 books to be read and some safari gadgets to help with the assignments. Can you spot some animals found in the rain forest in this picture?
