We took Emerson to her first LSU Gymnastics meet after snow day #1. What a ball they are. High energy fun the entire time. I guess it helped she got on the gumbo tron.

100th Day of School
100th day of school was a few weeks ago and 2nd grade was to decorate and wear a hat of their choice. Totally fitting she did a top hat with jewels.
Polar Vortex 2014
Well, we all survived, but what a mess. Probably wont ever happen again in my lifetime. 3 snow days...roads closed and iced over...a state all but shut down because of a little cold weather. We did lots of nothing. Stayed in our pj's for days and drank lots of hot cocoa.
